So strong and yet so fragile
Diamond is the most beautiful material that nature has to offer. It is also the hardest. Diamond does not easily chip, crack or break and is resistant to heat and chemicals. However, keeping your diamond looking beautiful does require a little love and devotion.

How to keep the FIRE in your ICE?
At Eternity we recommend that you bring your ring in at least once a year. We will inspect the ring for loose settings and signs of wear before having it professionally cleaned for you.

One way to love your diamond is to let it soak overnight in a mixture of warm water and washing up liquid. Remove and clean the diamond with the bristles of a soft, old toothbrush, making sure you get under the stone. Ensure that you cover the plughole, then rinse with running water and dry.

Another way to look after your sparkle is to buy a brand jewellery cleaner and follow the instructions given.

Care advice
Don’t let your diamond jewellery come into contact with chlorines like household bleach; and avoid harsh abrasives like household cleansers, hairsprays and even toothpaste, as they can erode some of the metals used in diamond setting.

Diamonds can scratch each other as well as other jewellery so always keep your diamond jewellery separate.
